This is a very easy one.
Today, podcasters especially often need an intro that does not sound like the host drooling over themselves. I always find comedians who introduce themselves at gigs a bit lacklustre and cheaping out.
What if you could get a VO artist that you can control 100% for next to nothing or even free?
Without a doubt Eleven Labs deliver a great text to speech service. You can even try some free samples. Handy if you just want an intro to your podcast?
Remember to use punctuation though. For me MATILDA seems to be the best US advertising voice and sounds most like a human? But your milage may vary.
Again if you need a NSFW intro to your show or a warning saying…
”Everything in this podcast maybe upsetting and do not trust a word we say…That said lets start the show!!!”
